Maya Kellman BSc. (Hons) LL.B (Hons) LEC LL.M is a dynamic and sought-after Organisational Development Specialist, Facilitator and   Consultant  to organisations of all sizes and sectors. Maya has found success and tremendous fulfilment in the areas of Organisational Development, Change Management and Human Resources Management which has led to her completing advanced training at the Cornell Graduate School (U.S.A) and the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (U.K). With her training and experience, Maya is not only strategy-focused but also execution and action-oriented.

Maya’s focus is in the areas of talent management, policy design and implementation, training and development, market research and data analysis,  strategic planning, change management, occupational health and safety. Maya is committed to continuous learning and development within teams. She transfers the classroom experience to the practical world with her “down-to-earth” and entertaining approach that captivates teams and inspires real change. She integrates this approach throughout her services with small business owners, corporate teams and governmental departments across the world.

Further to her commitment and dedication to the development of organisational development, Maya is well-known for her co-authored publications and finds time to give back by serving on notable committees in Barbados, namely the National Workplace and Wellness Committee.
